CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Small group classes ensure that you are never lost in a sea of people and your practice is just right for you.

Every body is different so I encourage you to listen to your individual needs and I will always offer alternatives for every pose and every level of practitioner.

Class timetables are valid during school terms. Timetable varies during school holidays

Please note there are no classes on Public Holidays.

 

VINYASA YOGA

 
A  flowing dynamic yoga class that is different every session. Poses are sequenced together with the breath and may include a combination of Standing poses, various styles of Salutations, Balancing poses, Sitting poses, Inversions and deeper Stretches.
 
This class is 60 minutes followed by an OPTIONAL extra 5-10 mins of Savasana (relaxation).
 
All Levels Welcome. 

 

YOGA – STRETCH & STRENGTHEN

Gentle Vinyasa

This is a GENTLE VINYASA class suitable for ALL ages. With more floor-based work, this 60 minute class focusses on stretching and strengthening the whole body, with options for all levels. 

BEACH YOGA X BREATHWORK

What a blessing to be able to practice sunrise yoga on the sand, just metres from the lapping waves on beautiful Trigg Beach! Join us for the best possible start to your morning as we practice a 60 minutes of Yoga and Breathwork. BYO your own Yoga mat or just use a large beach towel instead (I do!). We meet down on the sand in front of Island Market/ Canteen (Kailis) at Trigg Point. Bring an extra layer for warmth just in case…. and don’t forget your bathers if you have time for a post-yoga dip!

YIN X BREATHWORK

POP-UP CLASS ONCE A MONTH

A deeply nourishing practice that perfectly balances out our active lifestyles. Enjoy an hour of supported stretching, breathwork and mindfulness… and discover your inner bliss!

60 min class – Suitable for all levels.

 

YOGA-PILATES 

(RETURNS WEDNESDAY 13th March at 6am!)

Yoga-Pilates Classes will tone, lengthen and strengthen your body in all the right places!

Building your core stability and providing a challenging all-round workout, you will be guided through some warming flowing Yoga poses and sequences followed by a series of Joseph Pilates’ classic stretching and strengthening Mat Pilates exercises

 Suitable for all levels. 

NB: Abdominal and supine exercises in these classes are NOT suitable during Pregnancy.
