I truly believe that Yoga, Pilates, Mindfulness and Kinesiology are the keys to health and happiness.
My aim in our classes and in my Kinesiology clinic is to challenge and inspire you to find strength and balance both in your practice and in life; to be vibrant and centred in your body and mind.
YOGA & PILATES
My Yoga & Pilates journeys began with my first Yoga Course over 25 years ago and my first Pilates sessions over 17 years ago.
I am a Certified Level 3 (Senior) Yoga Teacher (over 10 years teaching and over 1000 Teacher Training Course Hours), a Certified Pilates Matwork Instructor and have had the honour and privilege to have taught over 2500 Yoga classes – more than 3200 hours – and hundreds of Mat Pilates or Yoga-Pilates sessions.
All Levels are Welcome at Elixir Wellness Yoga classes!
In every class I provide options for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Practitioners. Props are provided so that all poses and exercises can be approached safely. Every ‘body’ is different and at Elixir Wellness Yoga & Pilates classes I will work with you to adapt poses and exercises to suit all levels of flexibility and range.
KINESIOLOGY
My passion for Kinesiology started back in 2003 as I sought treatment for my baby’s allergies – I was blown away!
I started seeing a Kinesiologist myself about 10 years ago and became fascinated with the blend of Eastern wisdom and Western knowledge. I finally had the time to commit to the 2 Year Diploma in 2020 and became a qualified Kinesiologist. More recently I completed the 3rd year Advanced Diploma in Kinesiology which delved much deeper into just how Kinesiology can help with ailments in every facet of the human body and mind.
I am still constantly blown away by just how much Kinesiology truly helps people and it brings me so much joy seeing my clients thrive.

I absolutely love participating and undertaking continued professional development trainings and expanding my knowledge of all aspects of Yoga, Pilates, Kinesiology, Anatomy and Physiology, keeping up with all the latest research and utilising this through my work.
Whether on the mat or in the clinic room, together we will focus on inner and outer strength, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, energised and with clarity of mind!
