Beach Yoga Returns!
Join us every Wednesday morning from 5th November to 17th December 2025 as we start the day in THE BEST possible way!
WHEN: Every Wednesday from 5 Nov – 17 Dec 2025
TIME: 6am to 7am
WHERE: Down on the sand in front of Canteen, Trigg Beach. Look for the Elixir Wellness Yoga signs
COST: EarlyBird Special = $85 for the 7 weeks!
WHAT TO BRING: BYO large beach towel to use for a mat. Always wear/bring warmer layers and don’t forget your water bottle
WHEN YOU ARRIVE: Please allow enough time for parking and to walk down on the sand at least 5 minutes before 6am…

ALL LEVELS CLASS : Beach Yoga is for everyone – you are always encouraged to listen to your own body. We always offer options for every pose and every level.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: Beach Yoga is all about being out in Mother Nature and connecting with the elements so please note that class will go ahead even if some rain is forecast. Be prepared and dress for the weather!
In the unlikely event of severe weather causing class cancellation you will be contacted via email the night before and will receive a credit which can be used for ANY in-person class OR a Week of Unlimited Online Class Access…. whichever you prefer 🙂
